The Site

A long story short, this is my little world where I write reviews of films I watch, games I play, music I listen to and books I read. This is all stuff bought or rented by me, or begged and borrowed from friends with more money than sense.

I've been writing reviews since a long time ago, which was quite some time back, and is still some distance in the past. My love for films and books is greater than my love for games and music, games in particular have taken a back seat as I've "matured" like Chedder cheese, though I don't smell as much, and I haven't melted in anyone's mouth, or been sandwiched between pieces of bread and covered in pickle and mustard.

Early reviews that I could find from various online forums are here too, and demonstrate the start and continued progress in my need to find a niche for myself in which I feel comfortable in writing. I'm still finding my feet in this area, I still learn and find it immensely interesting that I can find new ways to write things. I've also discovered porn in 2005.

The Rating System

The rating system is very simple, and slightly askew of the traditional out of five format. I add the rating system out of pure reluctance, but for the ease of the vast majority. I hate ratings, but here they are.

2 bulls out of 5: More wet fart than excrement, a rather average score
2 out 5

3 bulls out of 5: A good effort, offering a balance of good and evil
3 out 5

4 bulls out of 5: Highly recommended, flaws are outweighed by the plus points
4 out 5

5 bulls out of 5: Essential, and perfect in almost every way, but not perfection itself. As close to it as it gets.
